- health data will be obtained from the documents you have sent us and from the description of your problem
- other data spontaneously provided by you We gather the data with the sole aim of providing you with our consultancy within the limits described in the disclaimer below. The data will be recorded on protected magnetic information supports. Alternatively, they will be recorded on protected paper supports according to the provisions of art. 15 of Italian Law 675/1996 on privacy.
The data may be communicated to the medical staff, especially to the employees and consultants of the Still Osteopathic Clinics s.r.l. general clinics. We inform you that in order to make use of the service we are offering, the required data must be supplied. .
